Roll-Top Cement is a revolutionary cementitious overlay made with real cement. It rolls on like paint to restore faded, stained, or discolored stamped or plain concrete surfaces to a natural, like-new appearance without the mess or cost of full replacement. It creates a thin, durable overlay that restores the original beauty, color, and subtle texture of your existing concrete. Unlike ordinary paints, stains, or sealers, it bonds seamlessly and delivers a natural concrete look and feel that highlights the unique character of your stamped or plain surfaces.

Step 1 – Surface Preparation – Thoroughly clean the surface by scrubbing the concrete with a high-quality detergent, then pressure wash to remove all dirt, grease, mildew, oil, and loose debris. The surface must be completely clean and free of contaminants.
Step 2 – Crack Repair – Using a 4” putty knife, mix Moisture Vapor Primer with Crack Filler Powder to create a smooth, workable patching compound. Apply the mixture firmly into all cracks, holes, and damaged areas. Smooth flush with the surrounding concrete.
Step 3 – Moisture Primer – Apply the Moisture Vapor Primer evenly across the entire prepared surface using a 9” wide ¾” nap roller. This high-performance primer penetrates the concrete to create a strong, superior bond for the Roll-Top System while providing essential moisture protection from beneath the slab.
Step 4 – Patching – Fill any holes, spalls, or low areas as needed using a putty knife or trowel. Use FC Patch Fine for small, shallow repairs and FC Patch Deep, for larger or deeper voids. Press the patching material firmly into the repair area and smooth it flush with the surrounding concrete. For very large repairs use FC Resurfacer Fine or Deep.
Step 5 – Roll-Top Cement – Apply Roll-Top Cement in a thin, even coat using a 1 ¼” nap paint roller. Choose your desired color and roll it on smoothly for uniform coverage. Refer to the color samples below to see all 12 available shades.
Step 6 – Antiquing – Mix the Color Antique Powder in your desired shade with 1 part WB Urethane and 2 parts water until fully dissolved and smooth. Apply the mixture evenly or randomly using a pump-up sprayer to create the exact antique look you desire.
Step 7 – Sealing – Apply the final SB Urethane topcoat sealer. Mix 2 parts SB Urethane with 1 part acetone until thoroughly combined. Apply using an acetone resistant pump-up sprayer. If needed, immediately back-roll with a ¾-inch nap roller to ensure even coverage and a smooth, professional finish.
