We use Fedex for all of our domestic and international shipping and can ship to anywhere Fedex goes. Some items in our online store may not be available for international shipment. In addition to shipping fees, international orders may also incur customs and brokerage fees.
Shipping: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business (Monday through Friday) days after receipt. Note that orders may be drop-shipped from various warehouse locations and that shipments may arrive in separate packages and at separate delivery times. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all shipments are via Fedex. Note that after a U.S. order is processed, Fedex Ground shipments generally take 2-7 business days, Fedex “2nd day air” usually takes 2 – 5 days for delivery depending on location; international orders may take longer. Customer pick-up / will-call is available at StoneCrete Systems warehouse at 11433 W. Center st. Orem UT. Call for appointment and pick up time to (801) 224-1347. StoneCrete Systems is not responsible for delays or damages caused by Fedex or any other common carrier during transit.
Cancellations: An order may be cancelled prior to entering the shipping process only by calling Customer Service at (801) 224-1347. If properly cancelled prior to shipment, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded.
Returned Merchandise: Once an order has shipped, any returns are subject to the following Returned Merchandise Policy. All returns must be unused and in resalable condition and require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which must be issued within ten (10) days of receipt of the product. All authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $20, whichever is greater. International Customers are responsible for any customs and brokerage fees associated with the returned items. To obtain an RA Number and a return shipping address, please call Customer Service (801) 224-1347. The RA Number should be affixed to the outside of any return shipment.
Warranties: Some products sold byStoneCrete Systems are manufactured by other companies and are sold subject to actual manufacturers’ warranties with respect to defective merchandise. All products should be inspected upon delivery; StoneCrete Systems Customer Service (801) 224-1347 must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of product/s. Defective products will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers’ warranty. Manufacturers’ warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or handling, alterations or attempted repairs. An RA Number must be obtained before returning any defective product.
ASHBY SYSTEM TRAINING CLASSES Terms and Conditions: The $99 deposit to reserve a spot is non-refundable. The balance is due in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled class. If making a full payment a month or more before a class, no refunds can be given unless requested 14 days prior to the start date of each class. This will give us time to fill your spot with people on our waiting list and allow them time to make their travel arrangements. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may choose to attend a future class, or to receive the downloadable videos and training manual, a $600 value, plus a $595 – $1095 credit toward the product of your choice instead.
