FC PATCH FINE
FC Patch Fine is a fast cure patching mix for repairing holes up to 1/4” deep and imperfections in concrete such as pop outs, carpet strip holes, gouges, and spalling. For larger holes up to 1” use FC Patch Deep. Mixing instructions: Mix 3 parts FC Patch Fine to 1 part water using a mixing drill and 1 gallon size mixing paddle. Add more FC Patch for a thicker consistency. Mix only the amount that can be used within 15 minutes. Spread using a putty knife and/or trowel and feather the edges to zero. Some larger repairs may require leaving the patch thicker above the surface, then grinding or sanding smooth when dry to achieve a level finish. Allow to dry 30-60 minutes or until hard before grinding or applying primers or cement overlays. FC Retarder Powder is also available to increase the working time up to 45 minutes on hot days. Add 1/4 oz. of FC Retarder to the water per 9 lb bag or a pinch or two for a smaller batch. (060326)
