Used for making polymer modified patching and resurfacing cement mixes for filling in low spots or smoothing out rough, deteriorated, or spalled surfaces before laying tiles. Mix with your local water, cement, and silica sand, or play sand.
Coverage rate – 4.5 lbs. of powder polymer will cover approximately 200 sq. ft. at 1/16” thick, 100 sq. ft. at 1/8” thick, 50 sq. ft. at .” thick, and 25 sq. ft. at ó” thick when mixed with your local water, cement, and play sand.
